Happy Nurses Week!

This morning I was reflecting on this years theme for nurses week, "Nurses Make The Difference", and I want to take a moment to honor the difference you make every day. The care, compassion, and expertise you provide as a NICU nurse is what drives outcomes for our patients. Every thing you do matters so much to our patients and their families. I am so grateful to be able to call you my colleagues.
